1970s Bungalow
GRENS recently contributed to the transformation of a 1970s bungalow into a bright, modern, and energy-efficient home. The renovation balanced aesthetic improvements with practical upgrades to create a space that meets the needs of today’s homeowners.
A central feature of the project was replacing the dated bay window with a ConceptWall 50 HI system. This upgrade floods the interior with natural light, enhances insulation, and gives the façade a sleek, contemporary look.
At the rear of the home, MasterPatio lift-and-slide doors were added to open the living space to the outdoors. Their expansive glass panels increase light, improve access to the yard, and maintain high thermal performance.
In the bedrooms, GRENS installed MasterLine 8 HI+ windows to boost comfort and efficiency. These high-performance windows ensure consistent indoor temperatures year-round while reducing outside noise for a quieter living environment.
